2. Description of Service

Skobase provides a CRM tool designed for community managers. Our service allows you to organize community members, manage pipelines, set reminders, and collaborate with team members. Skobase is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Skool.com or its parent company.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Maintain the security of your account credentials

• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payment

Skobase is available for $19/month with a 7-day trial period. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

• Interfere with or disrupt the service

• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Skobase and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you store in Skobase.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of Skobase is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take data security seriously and implement appropriate measures to protect your information.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skobase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
